Eddy Pula dares ask the question that's on everyone's mind:
Why is the band being [on tour] stop all shipments. I know you don't
have 500 employees, but not one dude to ship junk when the band is MIA. Basically What the hell dudes?
The answer is simple. The number of orders we receive is insufficient to warrant a full-time employee for that task alone. As a result, the job of sending out cd's falls to our trusted chef, Nick (Stewey) Morehouse. And there's no way we're going on tour without Stewey. To be honest, our gardener and floor-tom-head tech, Thumbs, offered to fulfill orders while we were away (Georgia was willing to take one for the team and tune her own floor tom), but Stewey's a bit territorial.
UPDATE: Stewey's passport was revoked, so orders are shipping normally in a timely fashion while Yo La Tengo is on tour.
